Water, Stir, Feed, Stir, Heat lamps or maybe Fans, Stir.... Oh yes if you want to raise chickens you are going to have to learn to stir chickens..... Come out to the show and ask one of the exhibitors how they stir a batch of chickens. The Angelina County Fair Broiler Show allows members of 4-H and FFA to show broilers they have purchased and raised. These students show the birds that they raised hoping to claim a spot in our auction on Saturday. Come out and watch the youth of our county round up the family and show off their chicken skills.
